Refund, Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy complies with European Union and Portuguese legislation regarding e-commerce.

1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has the right to terminate the contract without having to state any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of free termination, you must communicate your decision by email:

“I hereby inform you that I intend to exercise my right of withdrawal regarding order no. ____, received on //__.”

After the notification, return instructions will be sent.

2. Commercial Returns Policy (30 days)

In addition to the legal 14-day return period, we offer an extended commercial policy:
👉 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

This policy applies to all products sold in the store.

3. Return Costs Returns are completely free.

We provide a shipping label at no cost to the customer.

The customer does not bear any shipping costs associated with the return.

4. Fees and charges

We do not charge:

Restocking fees
Administrative costs
Return penalties
The refund will be made in full.

5. Conditions for Returned Products

For a return to be accepted, the products must:

Be in good condition
Show no damage caused by misuse
Be returned, whenever possible, in the original packaging
Include all accessories, manuals and gifts
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Final Sale Items

There are no final sale items.
All products can be returned within 30 days.

To initiate a return:

Order number
Customer name
Reason for return

3. (optional) You will receive a free shipping label and instructions.

8. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the product:

The refund will be approved and processed.
The same payment method used for the purchase will be used.
Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the banking institution.

9. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact customer support to check availability and begin the process.
